Shipper/Shipping Questions:

Does it cost anything to list my pet or pets for shipment?
No. It never cost you any money unless you accept a quote from one of our
transporters/drivers. If and when you accept a quote, there is a flat 15% booking fee
to proceed with the shipment.

Why Is There a Booking Fee?
We use the revenue generated from your Booking Fee to improve the marketplace
and ultimately, the overall experience for shippers and drivers.

Our drivers have the freedom to run their businesses and be their own bosses.
They set their own prices and routes.
This is why we never take a cut from the driver’s quoted price.

How do I pay the 15% booking fee?
The booking fee can be paid via Paypal or Stripe (CC/DC) inside the system.

Are there any refunds?
Yes. If your shipment gets cancelled we will evaluate the case & refund your booking fee accordingly.

Can I really ship my pet anytime, anywhere?
Absolutely. Just put in the shipment request and wait for the bids to come in.
When you find the right quote and driver just accept the offer, pay the booking fee,
and coordinate with your driver to complete the shipment.

How much do I pay the driver for the shipment?
You will pay the driver the full amount of the quote you accept.
Example:
You accept a bid for $300.
You will pay the 15% booking fee of $45, and then you will pay the $300 to the driver
according to the payment agreement you and the driver come to via our message system.

We advise you to use a service that can be refunded if something were to go wrong.
Please understand that we (PDS) are not responsible for any transactions offsite.
The booking fee is fully refundable if the shipment does not take place.

What should I expect after my listing goes live?
Once you list your transportation requirements, the transporters will start sending their quotes
using our system. Depending on how many transporters we have at the time of your listing,
it could take a couple of hours for a transporter to get in touch.
You can answer messages at your convenience, negotiate the price and all other details
with the transporter. These exchanges are kept on record, assuring full safety and transparency.

Can I exchange contact info with the driver?
