Transporter Terms & Conditions

• Membership: - Before engaging with Pet Delivery Solutions you agree that you are above 18 years of age and can form legal contracts under applicable laws. As a transporter you must have a legal license to operate the vehicles in the geographies that are listed on the site. In addition to this you also agree that you will not use the leads available on the website for selling, and promoting any service or goods. Once suspended from the site our site will not be able to serve you for any service in near future.

• Fees: - We do not charge any sort of enrollment fees from the transporters but in case of participating in any auction organized by any customer there may be some charges that will be notified to the transporters.

• Deposits & Payments: - The transporter cannot ask for a advance payment for any sort of shipment requirement and the payment is only released after successful delivery of the shipment and the service offered by the transporter as stated in the quote.

• No Collaborations: - The transporters listed on Pet Delivery Solutions cannot state any sort of partnership, affiliation, certification, accreditation, or joint venture with
  Pet Delivery Solutions and do not give any sort of franchise and does not confirm any sort of relation with     either the customer or any transporter.

    

• Prohibited And Restricted Items: - Transporters are not allowed to carry any sort of  explosives, radioactive materials, flammable gases, toxic substance and other dangerous goods are restricted  that cannot be transported commercially. Transporting such items along with the items listed by the customer on
  Pet Delivery Solutions is against the law and legal actions will be taken against such transporters. Pet Delivery Solutions will terminate the registration of such transporters and no registration of such transporters will be entertained again in near future.

    

• Right To Remove Members: - Pet Delivery Solutions holds the complete right to remove, reject or your participation at any time with or without a prior notice to you. The circumstance in which it can be done includes a variety of factors and these factors may be kept confidential by the team as per the circumstances.

• Taxes: - Any taxes that are applicable during the shipment process is payable by you and Pet Delivery Solutions is not bound to pay any sort of Taxes.

• Identity Verification: - During the registration process the individual is bound to present a valid identity card to register on the site, failing which the registration will not be done on the site.  At the time of delivery the transporter is also bound to prove the identity to the customer in order to have a smooth shipment process between the two parties.

• Confidentiality: - The details of the agreement are meant to be kept confidential and must not be disclosed to third party. You agree that all the information possessed by Pet Delivery Solutions is the exclusive intellectual property of Pet Delivery Solutions.

• Right To Remove: - A transporter can be removed or prohibited from bidding on the site in case of negative credentials or negative feedback from customers. In case of any fraudulent the team of Pet Delivery Solutions has the rights to take legal actions against you along with termination of your bidding rights on the website.

• Offsite Communication: - Pet Delivery Solutions prohibits any sort of personal information on the website like personal phone numbers, website address, fax number and email addresses. In case our team find such information we possess the right to amend or edit such information according to the terms and condition of the website.

• Non Solicitation: - In any circumstances you confirm that you will not make any attempts of hiring any employee of Pet Delivery Solutions whom you were introduced at any stage of the shipment requirement. In addition to this you confirm that you will not contact any of our business partners, clients or customers for establishing any sort of relationship.

• Legal Compliance: - You shall abide domestic as well as international laws during shipping and transportation. Any legal claim arising due to the violation of terms and condition of Pet Delivery Solutions or intellectual property will be settled by binding arbitration.

In addition to the above stated terms & conditions Pet Delivery Solutions does not offer any sort of warranty for the shipment process and hold the right to amend these terms & conditions without prior information to the individuals on the website.
